Website information and appointment requests
Website information is educational and does not provide an individual diagnosis, treatment plan, or guarantee of results. Sending a website form or text does not establish a clinician-patient relationship or confirm an appointment. Our team must complete scheduling with you. Telemedicine suitability and service availability are reviewed individually.
This website and text messaging are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, call 911. Do not wait for a form or text response when immediate medical care is needed.
AM&A text-messaging program
With your voluntary SMS permission, AM&A may send service-related texts about appointment scheduling, confirmations or reminders, follow-up on your request, and customer-service coordination. This permission does not enroll you in promotional or marketing texts.
You must provide a number you are authorized to use. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, requesting an appointment, or receiving care. Phone and email communication are available alternatives.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your requests, appointments, and communication with our team. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Your wireless provider can explain the charges and limits of your plan.
Stopping and restarting messages
Reply STOP to a message from AM&A to withdraw SMS permission. You may receive a final message confirming the opt-out. Further program texts will stop unless you provide new permission. You can also ask our team to stop texts by calling (949) 658-2727 or emailing help@advancedmedicalmd.com. To resume, provide a new affirmative opt-in through our request form or coordinate with our team.
Help and delivery
Reply HELP for assistance, call (949) 658-2727, or email help@advancedmedicalmd.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery can be affected by coverage, device settings, carrier filtering, and other factors; a text message is not a guarantee of receipt or an appointment confirmation.
Privacy and appropriate use
Review our Privacy Policy before providing information. Ordinary SMS is not the practice’s secure clinical-record channel. Avoid sending detailed medical information, photographs, insurance documents, payment information, or identity documents by text; ask our team for an appropriate way to provide them. Use the site and messaging program lawfully, and do not submit another person’s information without their permission.

External websites and services have their own terms and policies. We may revise these terms as services or requirements change. The current version and effective date will be available on this page. Changes do not replace an existing opt-out or create new marketing consent.
