Help with the practical recovery questions.

Wounds and sutures

Review wound care, healing and the removal timing advised by the ER. Suture or staple removal and other procedures require an appropriate in-person assessment.

Abscess follow-up

Discuss the discharge plan after treatment, dressing instructions, prescribed medications and whether an in-person recheck is needed.

Injury rechecks

Review persistent pain, swelling, mobility and activity recommendations. Further imaging, specialist referral or non-controlled pain treatment may be considered when appropriate.

Video can start the conversation.
Some care needs an office visit.

Telemedicine when appropriate

Review your ER instructions and recovery concerns from home. The clinician may recommend an in-person exam based on your symptoms and care needs.

In-person care when needed

Procedures, suture removal, some wound evaluations and injuries requiring a hands-on examination are evaluated in person in Mission Viejo or Corona. Availability and services are confirmed by the team.

Unstable or having an emergency? Go back to the ER. For chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, or another medical emergency, call 911. Follow your ER return precautions. Do not wait for a follow-up visit or a reply to a request.

Rapidly worsening symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding or symptoms that your ER instructions identify as urgent need prompt medical attention. Do not rely on a photo, website request or routine appointment to rule out an emergency.

Start with a brief request. Our team follows up by text or phone to confirm the right visit and help with the next steps.

1

Request your visit

Have your discharge date, preferred visit format and insurance plan name ready. A request does not confirm an appointment.

2

Connect with our team

We review fit, availability and insurance or the fixed cash option. Then we help you complete secure booking and intake.

3

Share paperwork. Meet your clinician.

Please upload a photo or screenshot of your ER discharge paperwork through the secure intake link we provide, if available. Bring your questions and medication list. Missing paperwork is not an automatic barrier.

Focused care, clear boundaries.

Short-term follow-up

Symptom rechecks, testing review, BP and glucose follow-up, non-controlled pain management and clinically appropriate short-term work notes may be part of your visit. Transition care may continue for up to 14 days when appropriate.

Service limits

We do not refill opioids/narcotics, benzodiazepines or stimulants. We do not backdate visits or work notes. Prescriptions, testing, referrals and notes depend on the clinical evaluation and are not guaranteed.

Before your follow-up.

Can you remove sutures or staples?

Ask the team about an in-person visit. Removal depends on the wound assessment, appropriate timing and service availability; it is not guaranteed by submitting a request.

Can I send a wound photo by text?

Use only the secure clinical channel our team provides for medical photos or records. Ordinary text messages are for scheduling. A photo does not replace a clinical evaluation.

Can I get a work note?

Clinically appropriate short-term notes may be considered after evaluation. We do not backdate visits or notes, and documentation is not guaranteed.
