Acne care, NeoSkin laser facials, and facial hair reduction for all skin types, including skin of color. At Advanced Medical & Aesthetics, every plan starts with an individual skin assessment.
Skin tone, pigment history, and your goals matter. We personalize the treatment plan and laser settings after assessing your skin, rather than choosing a treatment based on appearance alone.

THREE TREATMENT PATHS
Choose your concern. We’ll guide the plan.
01 / ACNE
Help manage active breakouts.
We offer LightPod Neo as an option within an individualized acne plan. Your consultation reviews the type of acne, current skincare, medications, and what you’ve already tried.
Laser treatment may complement other acne care. Acne can recur, and ongoing treatment or maintenance may be recommended. Active acne and acne scars need different assessments.
02 / NEOSKIN
Refresh your skin’s appearance.
A NeoSkin laser facial focuses on concerns such as uneven tone, redness, and texture. We assess your skin and select an approach that fits your goals.
NeoSkin is a nonablative laser treatment: it does not remove the skin’s surface like ablative CO₂ resurfacing. We can discuss which approach fits your concerns and recovery preferences.
03 / FACIAL HAIR
A plan for less unwanted hair.
Discuss laser hair reduction for areas such as the upper lip, chin, or jawline. We assess hair color, thickness, skin tone, and possible hormonal influences before recommending treatment.
A series is usually needed because hair grows in cycles. Fine or very light hair may respond poorly; maintenance may be needed. Treatment aims for hair reduction rather than a guarantee of permanent removal.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BOOK
Know what to expect.
Is this suitable for my skin tone?
LightPod Neo offers treatment options for all skin types, including skin of color. We assess your skin tone, pigment history, recent tanning, medications, and treatment goals to choose appropriate settings and discuss risks. Suitability is individual; no laser treatment is risk-free.
Does it hurt, and will I need downtime?
You may feel warmth or brief discomfort. Recovery is often limited, but temporary redness or swelling can occur. Burns, pigment changes, and other complications are possible. We’ll discuss risks and aftercare before treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on the concern, its severity, and your response. A series and maintenance may be appropriate. We’ll recommend timing after your assessment rather than promise a fixed result or number of sessions.
Is facial laser hair removal right for everyone?
No. Hair color and thickness matter, and fine facial hair may be a poor target. Uncommonly, laser treatment can increase hair growth around a treated area. We’ll discuss this possibility and alternatives during your consultation.
Can I use a payment plan?
Ask for an individualized treatment estimate and whether your service is eligible for Cherry or CareCredit. Financing is subject to credit approval and lender terms.
Tell our team whether you’re interested in acne care, a NeoSkin facial, or facial hair reduction. We’ll help arrange a consultation and confirm the treatment location.
